Engineering for
the whole mission

Seven capabilities, one senior team, one flight plan: discover, architect, build, launch, operate. For US and European companies. Engagements typically start at $100K.

How we run it

The flight plan

01DiscoverA fixed-fee sprint: we interrogate the problem, the constraints, and the economics, and give you an architecture and plan you could take anywhere.Weeks 0–2
02ArchitectSystem design, data model, and delivery roadmap — reviewed with your team, priced and sequenced before serious money is spent.Weeks 2–4
03BuildSenior engineers ship to a live environment from week one — on our on-prem infrastructure while you're pre-launch, so burn stays low. You see working software weekly.Weekly demos
04LaunchHardening, security review, load testing, and promotion to cloud through the pipelines we built in week one. Boring launches are engineered, not lucky.Zero-drama
05OperateWe run what we build — SLAs, observability, and a roadmap cadence — or hand it to your team with docs that don't rot.Ongoing

Frequently asked

What does a typical engagement look like?
Most builds run 3–9 months with a senior team of 2–5 engineers, starting with a fixed-fee discovery sprint. Platform and AI engagements typically start at $100K; incubation and consulting are scoped case by case. You get a priced, sequenced plan before serious money is spent.
Do you work with US and European companies?
Yes — US and EU clients are our primary focus. We work your hours, communicate in writing you can forward to your board, and contract under terms your counsel will recognize: IP assignment, confidentiality, GDPR-compliant data handling, and clear deliverables.
Who owns the code and IP?
You do. Full IP assignment on paid work, your repositories from day one, and documentation that lets any competent team take over. No lock-in by design.
How do you keep development costs down?
Two ways: senior engineers who don't burn hours learning on your dime, and our managed on-premise infrastructure for the development phase — your cloud bill starts when your customers do, not before.
Who actually does the work?
Senior engineers only — the people you meet in the first call are the people in your codebase. We keep teams small and accountable instead of staffing pyramids, with Aura OS multiplying what a small team can ship.
Can you take over an existing codebase or a stalled project?
Yes. Rescues are a specialty: we start with a paid architecture review, tell you honestly what's salvageable, and take over delivery with a stabilization plan before adding features.
How do you price AI projects when the tech moves so fast?
We anchor on the product outcome, not the model. Evaluation harnesses are built first so model swaps are cheap, and we design for the 2026 reality — bounded autonomy, audit trails, and humans over high-stakes decisions.
